What we collect
When you create an account, Clerk records your email, sign-in metadata, and an opaque user identifier on our behalf. When you make API calls, we record the request path, timestamp, response status, and your API key identifier, never the key itself.
What we don't collect
We do not collect payment card details. Stripe handles billing through Clerk and we never see your card. We do not store cleartext API keys; Unkey hashes them on creation. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Sub-processors
We rely on Clerk for authentication, Unkey for API key management, Upstash and Railway for Redis, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Sentry for error monitoring. Each is contractually limited to processing data for StockContext's purposes.
Cookies
We use only the session cookies Clerk needs to keep you signed in. They are HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite-Lax. We do not use advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights collect aggregate page metrics without cookies.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account data whenever you want from the dashboard. Deleting your account revokes every API key issued to you and removes your usage history within 30 days. Email contact@stockcontext.com if anything is unclear.
Changes
We will update this page when we change vendors or add new categories of data. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current revision.
